We offer the following shipping offers:

FREE Standard Shipping on all orders $89 and over

$4.95 Standard Shipping on all orders under $89

Various shipping upgrades and carriers

PO Boxes can only be shipped with USPS/United States Postal Service.

Our Standard Shipping service is shipped via United States Postal Service. Please allow up to seven business days from ship date for delivery when choosing this option. Standard shipping is not available on international (outside of the United States) orders.
In addition to Standard Shipping, we also offer shipping options from the United States Postal Service and Federal Express.  All options and shipping charges will be calculated upon checkout.

International Orders
All international orders must be prepaid in U.S. funds. Customers should be aware of the laws concerning imported nutritional products for their particular country. NutraSupply.com cannot guarantee any shipment will clear customs. Although customer accounts will be credited for any product returned by customs, please be aware that customs does not always return products. Shipping charges are not refundable

Availability & Pricing
At NutraSupply.com, we stock every item listed on our website in our warehouse facility. This helps to ensure that any item ordered will be available for immediate delivery. In the unlikely event an item becomes back ordered, it does so for a very short period of time.  In these cases, the item will be automatically shipped as soon as it enters our facility. If, for any reason, an item is on back order for a longer period of time, we will do our best to contact the customer so that they may change or cancel their order. You can check your order status at anytime by clicking on the Order Status link on our home page or by calling Customer Service 1-800-221-1833.


You will not incur any shipping charges on the back-ordered item.

Return Policy
NutraSupply.com guarantees that you will be 100% satisfied with your purchase, or we’ll refund the cost of the product(s) purchased within the last 6 months less shipping and handling.  Credit card orders will be refunded to the card used for your most recent purchase.  All others can opt for a refund check or credit put on their account.   We do require that the unused protion of the product be returned to us for quality control purposes.
